Photo Bucket must have the hiccups, cause I replaced the pic earlier. -____-'

I fixed it, I must'a been in a rush with the misspelling... ^^'

And I have this pic...

For those who don't know that's a Arkista's Ring hack, WIP title is called "Zelduh". If anyone is down to change the level graphics, lemme know... '^^

I've been wanting to make a hack of AR called Arkista's Ring 2: The New Adventures of Old Christine.

Also, it looks silly to use the Christine head 1-Ups for Link XD

One Starfox 64 sequence playing from Mario 64:

Turns out the format I'm working is used by more Nintendo games than I though. Zelda 64 is also a modified version of it, but a bit different than the version used in MK64 / Wave Race 64 / Star Fox 64.

I love it when my Mario flies of the edge in that game.

"Wooooooooooowwwww"

So are you basically taking the data out of other games and putting them into Mario 64? Or is this editied one note at a time?

It's basically taking the data from other games and changing a few commands as Mario64 uses an earlier version of the same ("Nintendo-generic") format. I got also one Zelda64 sequence to play in Mario64, but it requires a lot more editing.

The SMB3/SMB1/Mario Galaxy were done from scratch with the help of some simple custom tools.

I really gotta hit the bed, but here's a clip...

And here's the description on You Tube, g'nite...

I've been beta testing an editor called NinJax, created by never-obsolete. The editor has features that can make hacking this game easy for the user. So far Act 1 is edited and don't worry about somma the enemies going crazy toward the end of the level, it'll get fixed. This hack should be released sometime in 2009, enjoy the video... ;0)

EDIT: Here's an update on my Arkista's Ring hack, title for now is called Zelduh...

This is the output produced by a MML->Mario64/Zelda64/early-nintendo sequence format I'm working on. It's basically a modified version of Addmusic (with all the SMW stuff stripped out):

Another one (Contra, incomplete and buggy as hell).

I love you, that's fucking awesome. The music in the first video sounds awful, but fact is it's actually changed. Good luck with this.

It's getting a bit better: Forest Theme from Snake's Revenge (NES).

Edit: Some SMW songs.

Spindaah!

For the record, the file name shown in Usenti ("5a2faa74") is the personal value that causes this specific spot pattern, and this was written by Cearn.

He's happy this only has to happen when the Spinda's image is loaded.

I saw that up on youtube a few days ago, it's real nice Googie.

I made a level today in Gimmick! using smkdan's new editor. I did it purely out of boredom so I doubt it will become a full hack, but who knows.
