I got burned out a little working on my editor, so I decided to work on my hack a little instead. The results? See for yourself:



Yes, Ice Mario is back for this hack and he's better than ever! I will say, getting two flowers in and both fire and ice powers in without getting rid of any other power-ups was quite a challenge. I had to write some very, VERY tricky code

What happens if you use the ice balls while you are actually swimming in the water? Would it freeze the water in front of you as well, or does it just freeze the very top part of the water?

Thanks Celice, I really appreciate what you said. I like what you did, the palette colors really gives it that hot feeling, I love it and keep at it.

He's a temp (or maybe he's well enough?) character for the Happy Mask Salesman. The "story" behind this hack is Link is running around collecting masks for the Salesman, and selling them in exchange for profit, in one singular dungeon, where Shadow Link is present.

I'm kinda in the middle. If I'm wanting new tiles, or to see what I have to work with, I make the graphics first, but if I know I'm only going to superficially change the graphics (ground is still ground) I sometimes also just start making levels :/
