I've been working on "Time Flies" last night, I used lost level in world 1 for a Hammer Bros. battle, the level works pretty cool. Depending where the Hammer Brother lands on the map screen that's when you'll enter the level. Here's a sneak peek...



I'll finish the Airship level tonight. But first I gotta finish watching the Mets play against the Dodgers.

I'd say 4, but they're all too tall, it smashes the lines together. If you can shorten any of those fonts by 1 pixel or something it would be great. (Don't wory I know how rediculous of a request I just made... it's late, and I'm crazy)

Perspective off. You see too much of the top of the trees and the side of the trunk of the trees. Break the tree into simple shapes. The trunk a cylinder and the top a cube. Both should be at the same angle.

Hm... Yeah thanks... Oddly enough uploading it i suddenly could see what was wrong.... the tops look like you are viewing them from the top and the bottoms from head on... Strange as I ripped part of the design from earthbound.

Improved version coming once i get some sleep. Thanks for the advice Sgraff

Looking good. There is only one graphical bug that I can spot. On the bridge, you should be able to see the water through the top railing. However, all you can see are black squares. Any way you could make these transparent to make it look better?

Other then that, they look fine

Now that im aware of... The is a whole asm project im working on albeit slowly where the overlay layer is used as a whole new layer for the overworld just like the dungeons. My asm hacking is rusty/not advanced enough yet but i have made a few breakthroughs so far.

As usual, I'm impressed by your graphical talent.

In my opinion, the bridge needs to be reworked a bit. First of all, I feel like I should be seeing a shadow on the water underneath. Secondly is what S.S.N. mentioned, not being able to see through the rungs. I think the trees just need some shading on their trunks, as if the top part is blocking the sunlight. They look strange with the grass shaded all around, but with no shading on the trunks.

edit: Just seeing if the editpost feature is working...
