@Pac: Those look really cool. I'd love to see what that spinning firebar can do ( .. spin ) The graphics blend in really well with each other too, especially the YI one with the SMAS waterfall. Nice!
@Yoshi Master: That's actually unique, come to think of it. I see the clouds, hills, and forest background in there. Looking interesting ____________________ Want custom overworld music in your SMW hack? Download this. Don't forget to RTFM. |

To Pac: Great, although the mix of YI and non-YI graphics in the 2nd shot looks kinda weird.
To Yoshi Master: That background looks pretty cool, I really like the clouds Probably one of the more original backgrounds I've seen. ____________________ There are things I want to put here. There one problem though, on the bridge and the hills. |

I'm sorry but 175 stars? How do you manage that? Are there even more levels in this hack? Nice screens btw. ____________________ What FF7: Advent Children Character Are You? |

Me being lazy and not wanting to be the game on both console and PC. I don't get it either, but 175 is better than 120. No more levels.
And thank you. |

Posted by Koitenshin +∞Gameshark. Apparently, each level has room for 7 stars to be stored in RAM. It looks nice, SL64. Not sure if it's just the screenshots, but Luigi's cap seems to have a hint of red in the second and third ones, though. |

My guess there, I think that is the shadow of the wings, or hat shading that isn't affected by sunlight. I'm also guessing Mario's has the same thing. And, I'm guessing 25 levels x 7 stars each. But I only counted 24 levels. |

Posted by SuperLuigi64Posted by SkreenyPosted by Koitenshin +∞Gameshark. Apparently, each level has room for 7 stars to be stored in RAM. If you are using the cheat, the shading and the light are stored in diferent adresses. That cheat you are using is not overwriting the red shading value, so it's using the previous one, being in this case the default mario's cap color. You can easily fix it changing the red vaule too to 0 or something from the shading. ____________________ Generated a 991044 foot, 10.4-inch twiggy catgirl with orange hair, who weighs 315,239,939,065.9 pounds and has soft A-cup breasts, and it only took 0.00031 seconds. |

I had nothing to do tonight, so here's what I did...
When I tried changing somma the palettes, the game would crash O_o'. This is just a graphics hack, bonus points to who knows what's the name of the original game... ^^' ____________________ My Linktree |

Finally got round to making a new title screen:
And yeah, thanks to Smallhacker, there's no longer a 2 player game; you get to select your player instead. Mario and Luigi look and control different, and certain areas of the game are restricted to each player, so you have to use both to finish the game completely. |

Posted by Pac That looks awesome. So does that mean that there wont be any 2p mode at all? Hmm... still, that looks... intriguing... and still amazingly awesome. How exciting. I can barely think of anything else to say, except that I wish I could keep the incentive to make a hack... and finish it... ____________________ Love your lawn. |

Posted by Pac That looks very interesting, chances are I'll like the Luigi game better if the differences are similar to the ones usually made, character-exclusive levels = great Idea, and the title screen is nice too, looks new and good, and yet classic at the same time. ____________________ There are things I want to put here. Posted by Pac I just have to say that sounds awesome! So, how far are you on this hack? Also, when you say, "certain areas of the game are restricted to each player, so you have to use both to finish the game completely", are you saying that you'll have to switch characters often to complete the game - thus restarting the ROM? |

Thanks for the comments!
Lordlazer, you won't have to switch player often at all; just to unlock one or two things in the game. And you can see more screenshots of this hack here: http://www.peterac.org/rh/smq.php |

I'm doing a Megaman clone for the PC, below with placeholder graphics mostly ripped from Megaman:
