Just a general question I'm asking all of you, as for me, what keeps me motivated is that I wanna finish my projects. And the comments on You Tube when people gimme feedback on my hack videos. Also when people reach out to me and tell me they like my hacks... ____________________ My Linktree |

For me it is all about digging the past and looking at the innards of how the games that were pure magic to 10 year old me were actually made. Looking at the math that makes the games run is like talking to a programmer from 30 years ago in a way that wasn't really meant to be made public (I mean, you can read books that are hundreds of years old, but it is different). This is the backstage stuff.
Also, as a game designer and NES enthusiast it is about looking at what could be done to actually make them better. A "what if" version of them. |

A few motivation reasons for me:
- Taking awesome ideas and turning them into quality hacks that people can enjoy. - Learning new things as I go (growth). - Taking a console and pushing it to its limits, getting the most out of it. - Having some level of fun with it. If it's not fun, and it feels like a chore, then why am I bothering? ____________________ My YouTube Channel |

What motivates me, is to try to either outdue what's already out there, or come up with a new concept/idea. When I am intrigued from an idea or concept I have, and it lingers for quite awhile, then that becomes a motivator too. |

The challenge to create something new.
Eventhough I haven't done anything lately but I'm tempted to start ROM hacking again. Sure have to refresh my 6502/65c816 though. |

Despite being a relatively new member, I'm going to welcome you back anyway. |
