Wow, a videogame system for Easter? Occasionally I would get small toys and such for Easter when I was younger, but something like a videogame would only be for my birthday or Christmas.

Pretty soon, parents will be giving their kids big-screen TVs for Memorial Day, brand new cars for Groundhog Day, etc.

Merry Xmas II I swear, this is the next "Christmas" with parents buying video games/systems for their kids just for their "easter basket". Load of BS is what I say.

Funny how a lot of places are closed today...save for Gamestop. WTF. I can't even go food shopping but I can buy games.
Well, I'd probably get some gift in my basket if only because this time, Easter is only 3 days away from my birthday Could be a delayed gift from Mom.

That is, if I actually got my Easter goodies on, uh, Easter:

<Xkeeper> So, uh, Trent ... where's the Easter stuff?
<Trent> Scott said he's going to hold on to it until Monday.
<Xkeeper> .........

I'm pretty sure the amount of people in church quadrupled today.

Well, it's the usual "people who only bother to go twice a year" crowd.

They should sell tickets for regulars. $5 donation to the church or something.

Paying 5 bucks per week would be annoying. An all-season pass, perhaps?

I went to church today. It was really nice being in church because I wanted to be and not just because it was a holiday. I decided I needed to feel good and reconcile my troubles with God. I need to start going every week.

Hmm, I think the last time I was in a church was in 1996, when my parents made me go see my grandfather's funeral. I'm not Christian (or any religion), which surprises a lot of people. It's like they assume: "He doesn't look Muslim or Jewish, so he must be Christian."
