I made it to The Kubert School. I got the news a few days ago, but I just had to share it with you guys. Now I'll be able to take my cartoons to the next level and animate 'em.

Here's the e-mail...

Now it's time to save money on a Mac Book Pro, which is a requirement for the school...

Nice job, man. Glad to see you're getting to get more out of your passion of drawing. You're a really great cartoonist man and I can't wait to see you succeed.

Macs are excellent for graphic design, according to a lot of people, including my sister.
I think you'll do well, good luck !

don't see why Macs would be "better for graphics design", they basically are PCs

I don't know myself because I've only had a Mac for one day but yeah they are just PCs, maybe it's because it's mostly the same across each system or something instead of requiring a certain Windows machine to do a decent job on...

Thanks for the love, everyone. I really appreciate it!

Mike-Tech: I tried the HVAC course, it wasn't for me. The school was all about taking money & the teachers really didn't care about the students, I left before they took out the tuition money.

I'm sorry to hear about that, when you mentioned that course you seem pretty out of sike for it.
Honestly after looking at your facebook page and knowing you directly you seem like you could master it.
Since your in this though, hang on to it, you don't see many cartoonists doing much for tv anymore.
Also since that program your using for the course can use windows too, look into a laptop.
Actually find out from the school which apps can use windows besides apple.
If they have a high compatibility for it, I might be able to snag you up a laptop under 400 bucks on newegg.com or amazon.com.

Good luck though and keep checking back in, despite this forums having, issues it'd be good to have the good company sometime.
