After getting feedback from other people, most of them said to stick with Anime Studio Pro 10, so I'm gonna stick with that program. Here's a tutorial that a friend on Facebook found for me, I'm gonna have to study this video hard cause sometimes, my brain doesn't work...

Stick with anime studio, I don't do artwork for a living nor even for much personal use.
With your current skills if you watch that video and follow along with him in the program. I would say a good solid month you will be use it and when you head back to college. I know you like gimp but use Paint shop pro by corel, adobe photoshop is good to but thats just too much to bare with. Paint shop pro has the same quality as adobe and easier to pull off your art work in a good amount of time. The only thing I suggest is finding a forum from corel/adobe communitys Use anime studios forum to critique, piggy back from others and use any tricks you may pick up down the road to keep your skills mighty sharp. |
