not sure about this...
your save files are stored into your computer. You need to find the folder that control where it's being store..your emulator should be able to tell you. However I don't think you want to mess with this..one wrong move and it can cause the Emulator to function wrong. The folder usually stores save state. I don't you can delete normal save files unless you delete ALL of them. |

The savefiles are stored usually as SRM with any given emulator that I can think of. Just delete the .SRM file and your save files will be gone. |

The quickest way would be to save another data over the data after starting a new game or whatnot... It's simple... however you can't get rid of all the save data if you do that you basically just start over the save... |
