your save files are stored into your computer.

You need to find the folder that control where it's being store..your emulator should be able to tell you.

However I don't think you want to mess with this..one wrong move and it can cause the Emulator to function wrong. The folder usually stores save state. I don't you can delete normal save files unless you delete ALL of them.

Last view: 898 days 		The savefiles are stored usually as SRM with any given emulator that I can think of. Just delete the .SRM file and your save files will be gone.

Last view: 3386 days 		The quickest way would be to save another data over the data after starting a new game or whatnot... It's simple... however you can't get rid of all the save data if you do that you basically just start over the save...
