Because you need to use a hex editor to change that...which is something I don't think you want to tamper with right now.
If you're talking about max Current FP..you need to change that in the Allies screen, but it won't take effect unless you start a new game. Your starting stats are fixed at the beginning of the game..this includes you're allies too. |
