How do you know their count is legit? Maybe they add a couple hundred thousand every so often when their count lags behind ours.

Some days, I sweared that some users were doing nothing else but auto-refreshing the main page.

And then you have to consider that more bots flocks to that board. And bots can be quite aggresive surfers.

How does it make you feel better? Hey, IGN and GameFAQs get a lot more hits, we should all just dump this board and go there since they're obviously far superior. I like how the general consensus here seems to be that the other board cares too much, when some (note: some) of the same people saying that shit also write stuff like this.

I also like the attitude this implies: "I do not 'get' act X therefore it is dumb and the people who like it are somehow inferior to me." Sure.

I know I'm sadly singling this kid out but his message there is representative of a lot of similar stuff that other people have been saying.

Exactly. Personally, I have no grudges against the other board. I didn't witness any part of the war, so I really don't have anything to hold against ||bass. They like what they post, and I believe that we should respect that. We may not like their ways, just like how they don't like our ways, yet they aren't as offensive as we are. They might be insulting us, but it's because (at least from what I've seen. I may be wrong) we insulted them. If we were to ignore them, they'll ignore us (hopefully).
