Something tells me you've never played Fraxy. Fraxy is the game that runs the file, and .fed stands for "Fraxy Enemy Data".

I have been looking for it all over the internet, but no links seem to work, the main site's link is down, FraxyHQ doesn't download at all. Could anyone.. maybe compress the fraxy folder and post it on mediafire or something? I really wanna play this game but it just doesn't seem to be downloadable anywhere!

Works fine for me in all browsers, must be an issue somewhere between you and the website that's messing up results. Try again in a day or two and maybe it'll be fixed. If not, start a new thread perhaps, I'm rather reluctant to continue hijacking this one.

EDIT: ...What Fraxy version are you using? It might have something to do with that, although I doubt it's the reason...

Well, that's an old and outdated version, so that's probably why it doesn't work. Get the latest from the Fraxy website and try again.

A space shuttle-style boss for my Delta Series. Made to be fought on Fixed Area Mode and on Window Size 360 x 480.
