That's pretty dumb. You could make it 5 minutes or remove it entirely, since you can just post post post new threads or whatever if you really wanted to spam.

New threads are easily removed without affecting other posts, and more clearly a transgression than a borderline self-response spam binge which might just hover on the right side of being construable as an offense while still being annoying to everyone.
