We're sorry to hear that, but the only way to fix this issue if any is speak with alcaro and kieran of super mario world central.
You may seek contact information on how to reach them on their irc server elsewhere.
For the record kieran may have possibly ip banned you.

Be nice and explain in a calm manner what happen and have them look into your situation.
Anyone else on the acmlm community cannot do very much to resolve the issue.

We are not affiliated with SMW Central in any way and even if we were, it would be utter folly to think that posting a thread about it would work at all in your favour. Everyone who could possibly undo your IP ban will either already know about it or have an easier way to find out that you are banned, so new information is being communicated.
