I've been using this electronic cigarette for about 6 months now and there's times when I was wanna have a smoke from a real cigarette! My body goes fucking nuts when I gets them urges, I hate it!

I just hadda vent...

An electronic cigarette has nicotine, but it doesn't has all the chemicals etc. that comes in a traditional cigarette. I hate it when there's times when I get those cigarette urges, and if I buy a pack of smokes I'll feel like I failed.

That and the cost of a pick of smokes in New York is $12, that's just outta hand.

I had beer drinking issues after trying out the 0.00% alcohol beer. These alcohol beer effects really kicks in.

I wouldn't dare smoke an electronic cigarette.

The electronic cigarette is safe to use, is the regular cigarette you gotta be careful with, with all those chemicals they put in the cigarette. I can't wait when it's next February when it'll be a year I stopped smoking.

The real cigarettes may hurt the people around you even more.

I don't get why people smoke. It seems like they are forcing themself to like it at the beginning, then they only seem to like it from what I see.

And yet it looks like they torture themself to me. I despised how people tried to fool me to start smoking. All I see is a waste of money and health. I, and hopefully others, will hope that will never fall upon something like that.

Don't ever ever get into it, I'd tell anyone in a second never to smoke even if I'm on the electronic cigarette. I wish I never picked up this habit, if I could go back to 2005 & tell myself what was gonna happen I'd do it.

I can't wait when next February gets here, it'll be a whole year that I didn't smoke a real cigarette.

try to reflex about the bad and good things in the state that you are.
If you want to beat the addiction, try to smoke each time less and less, eat more, cuz the smoking gives bad breath, the feeling that you do not have hunger, etc.
Get hobbies (example: romhacking), do exercise (basketball (Currently I train), football, running,etc), complete tasks that frees your mind, from thinking about smoking.
