first off i would like to know how to make it rain with the lightning like in kapusta plains in the bobomb mafia game. second can i change that to the snowy background or somthing to make it snow over the screen? my concept in mushroom kingdom is that mack and his gang are ice element and have brought snow to the kingdom. i already changed all the pallets for mushroom kingdom to look like snow but i wanted for when you go to mushroom kingdom when mack is there for it to be like a blizzard. |

In the future, please post all questions in the "How do I ____?" thread above instead of creating a new thread every time.
The lightning effects are created with a looping event script in the background. A blizzard effect might be achieved by changing the layer 3 rain drop graphics to snow pellets. |

Thanks for the help. I got the snow to work after a few hours of fiddeling. The lightning is for a later level so I'll do that when I get there.
I already put my other questions into 1 post in the how do I thread which I have to edit again now that I got the snow working. But I'll just keep it there now |
