He can choose not to. But then we'll wonder why.

I myself am not religious (Atheist), but I'm usually tolerant of those who are religious, unless they try shoving it down my throat or start complaining about things that shouldn't be a problem all because their religion says it's a problem, Nya~. See you, Space Cowboy____________________ |

Lol, argumentative bunch xD
http://www.wnd.com/2008/07/69158/ That is like from 2008, but it's something that just makes some people go, "Really /:" http://www.bosnewslife.com/22006-news-alert-laos-detains-pastor-for-spreading-christianity This is sad, but a bit comical. But this is all he was detained for. But what could I expect from Communism? http://www.cnn.com/2012/06/18/world/africa/nigeria-church-bombings/index.html#0_undefined,0_ And this is just... Stupid. http://jonathanturley.org/2012/06/07/lawsuit-architect-in-diabetic-shock-beaten-by-multiple-officers-pepper-sprayed-and-repeatedly-tasered-before-dying/ There are no words for this article, except these. Interesting, there actually are broader faiths here! ____________________ --The Disappeared-- God Bless |

Religious, no. Spiritual, yes.
I am a devout Christian, with complete faith in Christ and my heavenly father. Conversely, I believe that, regardless of religion, if you have faith, and use that faith to uplift and help others, then all religions, in one form or another, are correct, since all faith centers towards 1 main creator. I will say this though. Atheism, ironically, is a belief system in itself. It is the belief...of having no belief. ____________________ |

I don't believe in anything "greater", although I fully admit that I wish I could.
The Ancient Egyptian gods interest me, as well as the syncretism of Egyptian, Greek and Roman gods. I do resent the early Christian and Muslim iconoclasts (i.e. the ones who destroyed all the art of pagan deities they could get their hands on) and extreme fundamentalism leaves a bad taste in my mouth but that's because I'm a history nerd, not because I object to any particular religion. Pretty much, I believe in personal liberty up to the point of unnecessarily interfering in other peoples' lives or wanton destruction. I also disagree with religions that encourage human superiority over every other life form on the planet, though they made perfect sense when the texts were written, in an age of overpopulation and large scale destruction of the environment they are outdated. But then, religion has always seemed to change with the times, and it's all up to personal interpretation anyway. |

I'm not really dominantly convinced by anything. That being said, I was a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Church of Christ at a younger age.
Growing up in the south is definitely strange. |
