here's some wakka wakka to dance to

have fun, chill out, drink some soda.

Isn't it much nicer when people aren't whining all day?

I'll drink to that. Or, I would if it weren't a Thursday evening with impending classes tomorrow morning. :/

I know right? Classes can suck.

Oh well, at least it's Friday, which means weekend's coming. Fun!

I have no plans this weekend, but that's what makes it so wonderful. I've spent the last several Saturdays playing Borderlands through in co-op with a friend of mine, but the game's finally over. I think I'll be spending my weekend catching up on homework and sleep.

How about you?

I wish I had school. Trust me, after one year of unemployment it gets really boring and repetitive.

Yeah, but I'm hemorrhaging money instead of saving it lol

Why not check out a nearby community college? Most of them at least have online courses you can enroll in. It's not the most prestigious form of education, but they can pass the time if nothing else.

Eh, I checked them out last time but I think they had a minimum age requirement I didn't meet. Oh well.

No I'm not I'm 18, but from what I remember they want you to be 21. Don't ask me why.

Community colleges won't let you in until you're 21? That's odd. I was 18 when I first went to a community college. Heck, I was 18 when I first went to university (had to drop out to go to community college due to my shrinking financial situation. As was said earlier, it's not the most glamorous form of school, but it certainly gets the job done a lot cheaper.)

Nick he maybe correct, when I tried to joing a technical college in 2001 they wouldnt let me in because I was only 20 at the time, they said the culinary arts degree I wanted to take I was not able to take due to my age ?

3 years later, they accepted me for Microcomputer specialist diploma or associates in Microcomputer Management systems.

Some of them are like that for god knows what reason.

That is quite weird though, but hey...the way you look at it, some countries have different rules and stuff, so 18 might be for Americans or Canadians or something while 21 for Germany or something...

The way I see it, I believe it would depend on the quality of the college...

Well that's too bad. If you need something to occupy your time though, I'd recommend watching all episodes of a TV series. If you find a good one, it can last you about a month.

Well while you wait why not start reading up on some material on which degree or class you want to take up ?
Also, find somewhere to volunteer anywhere will do, where people need free employees to not have to pay.
It will get you to places and people might be in your path who might be able to help you out.

Its a give or take in this life and not everything will be simple or easy to obtain.
I'll leave you with this dont sit inside your house for a week, it will drive your crazy, I think anyone would go crazy without doing something.
