I manned up and got my ponies. Walked on over to the register and declared in a loud, steady voice, "no, it is not a gift."

Did you bang the cashier?

Oh I have actually picked up blind bags for myself several times. It's just that the brushable Luna is not sold in Sweden, it's exclusive to a chain operating in the states, which is shit IMO.

Honestly KP, I find it more manly to be able to stand by what you like, regardless what it is, rather then lie about it. Maybe that's just my opinion, but whatever. :<
It's not standing up to what you like, it's what you like in the first place.

Also, Kawa, I think you would have been better off just not saying anything at all in the first place. Usually it's pretty obvious if a grown ass man walks up to the register the cashier just assumes that what you're buying is not for you. By outright stating that they're for you, you declare yourself all kinds of weird without even giving a thought to how you might be labeling yourself to society. It's kinda like a grown man walking up to the register with nothing but tampons and going "They're for me" right away.

On-Topic: I still might even get that badass computer, but indirectly. It will be my roommate's, but he's putting it in the common area and will most definitely give me access to it.

There are a ton of things that I want, but it's limited by two things: my family's price range, and it has to fit into my carry-on bag for my flight back home. So, whatever they get me is going to be a great surprise.

KP, the cashiers here usually ask if it's a gift, where toys are concerned, so they can wrap it. In fact, they pretty much have to ask.

I think your sperginess is getting in the way. You can just lie.

As far as that badass computer goes, liquid cooled i3, I LOL'd.

It's sad that I have to pay $10 every month off my AccountNow Pre-Paid Debit Card. And I need to buy a Nintendo DS game that only exists in Japan. I played that game on my No$GBA emulator and it was good. The game is Hana Yori Dango Koi Seyo Otome and it costs $40 at E-Bay.

$50 to $70 at this webpage.

I want to own the game so bad.
