Anyways, What are the MAXI pictures in the Profile thing? I mean, are they the pictures that get put in front of your username? Cause I want one of those...

They're the old minipics. Except their size is randomized every time you refresh editprofile.php.

Max size is like 21x21 or something. Must be square.

Look up at the X users currently Y: bar just below the index bar.

I just had a 20x20. Uhh, so they are the little pictures that are used on the User list? Also, why does it need to be exactly XxX X being 1-21.

13x13, actually, but yes, essentially* that. If you want something ridiculous, it should at least be properly ridiculous and not just the half-assed kind of ridiculosity that a bit of ugly vertical stretching entails.
