Either way, there's nothing wrong or any reason to feel bad about willingly avoiding caves whether it relates to fear or not.
I've never been in a cave. I don't know if there are even any caves around where I live, so it's not like I really have the option to consider whether or not I'd be afraid of entering one. There is always the possibility that something can go wrong and that you will be taking a risk, and I suppose that's the only real thought that I'm able to consider; so if there ever was an opportunity for me to go, I most likely wouldn't due to a combination of me not willing to take any risks by doing so, and a sincere lack of interest in the activity of cave exploration. |
