And what version of my hack (demo) you use? Posted by Thanatos-Zero I tried to do something with that but it seems to be more complicated than it looks like. Not only I have to use right pallete (and there some limits) i will have only about 3-4 frames for that (because Castle tileset uses almost all of space). Anyway I got a moment today to do something with King stages. Here's the result: What do you think about Redone King Tower 3? I don't shown the boss because It got glitched. First form don't create projectiles and the second one stuck in a corner just right after leaving the door. And about music I've used I'm going to write it down in hex code and use in hack (as King 2&3 stages). I got also small request for all. I just need idea for King 1 & 2 stage. If you have any and it would be intresting, I'll try to involve it in hack. ____________________ |

Hmm... Well yes... I always wanted to use that same graphics in a hack, but MM1 is still really limited... Only the background would eat up 20-24 of the 32 16x16 tiles... Ah, I'm off-topic again XD
I really like this level. This level is well designed. It took a lot of days, didn't it? Oh, the background is just awesome. Probably the Boss Room's desing causes that wall-walking machine to stuck there. But the missing projectiles... Hmm... I can't really help, as I'm used to MM1, not MM4. By the way, your level desings are better and better every times you redesign a level. King Tower 3 is a masterpiece, huh. Also, the King Tower map should have at least a small wall in front of the buildings, with a small gate in front of the door I think. |

Actually, the error of me accidentally warping to Wily's Castle was the result of me forgetting to turn off Game Genie after playing a few other games. It doesn't seem to be anything connected to the ROM, at least to my knowledge. |

This is my third (and hope that last) attempt of remaking Dust Man (second you didn't saw - i planed to use unused Spring Man tileset but didn't work well). Now I decided to turn Dust Man into air themed robot. Hope you like it. PS: I need some help with remaking some themes into 8-bit. I mean I need a composer who's good at Famitracker or pttone. Maybe there is site when I can ask people to help me out with that. Last stage that left me to redone is Toad Man. I got some sketches for it (even whole stage redone) but it isn't looks fine. Maybe you have some ideas how to make him water themed robot master (such a place where the Toad Man could be). Yeah, I slow down a bit, got some work at college. But I plan this year to relase demo. It will contain all robot master stages redone, some of King and Wily stages redone too and some custom music as well. Hope you like it. ____________________ |

Heys! I would like to suggest to change Cossack-Eddie to Kalinka-Eddie; so instead of seeing Cossack open his skull, Kalinka takes off her hat then Item comes out! Neat, huh?!
Plot: Kalinka-Eddie is helping Megaman, then discovers that Real-Kalinka is held hostage by Wily. Cossack sends Kalinka-Eddie to help Megaman knowing that his daughter is with Wily! ____________________ |

Posted by Crist_93 The graphics looks great but there are some wierd things with the palletes on the towers "wings" and on the clouds. I think a dark and a bright color needs to be swapped, it's easy to change with YY-CHR, Iam not sure if it will help but other then that it looks cool =) Edit - On the wings, I think it is purple and white. But I could be wrong. |

Hey, sorry that I didn't write for a long time - I was pretty busy with my college. Anyway I want to let you know that this project is not dead. I recently started working again on it. Here is small preview of new King Fortress 2.
EDIT: Also I've uploaded video of this stage: If anyone have idea how boss could look like I'm open for it. I'm going to put video soon showing some changes I did from last time. It will take me some time to finish this - my major task is to change whole music. I just need to read again every document I have about it. About stages I don't have many work to do. Just need to rework Pharaoh, Toad, Skull, King Fortress 1, Wily 2 and Wily 4 stages. Mostly it would be small changes. I'll put demo soon to show you my current progress. Any sugestions and informations about bugs will be nice. ____________________ |
