If you're stuck on an island with a Pentium 150 Toshiba Tecra or IBM Thinkpad with a eraser mouse mounted in the middle of the keyboard what awesome games would you wish to play on it for the sake of comfortability? (First person shooters on these are horrible). There is also no gameport.

All I've got right now is wslam and nethack (heh)

I'd say Privateer or later Wing Commander games but no gameport kinda kills that idea.

I guess I'd just put DOS 6.22/windows 3.11 on it and play my old adventure games.

WarCraft 2 or even StarCraft would work, but it's all I can think of for now

Or you could play some NES or GameBoy games, maybe even SNES and Genesis ...

Yeah, but the hard tactile feedback of the keyboard will wear your fingers out, oh and there's no screen stretching on the LCD so they'll appear very small

Gameboy games is more of an impossibility because all the Gameboy emulators i've tried suck on Penitums (heh)

Actually, I would totally dig on having a 486 DX or Pentium 1 laptop if it had a real soundblaster in it. I really need to build a DOS box and that would save space. I already have a Tandy 1000 and a Commodore 128... and my Intellivision is stashed away somewhere. I could make a nice retro gaming shrine. Too bad my parents gave my PCjr away

You could play Diablo 1 on a pentium 150 =P Or King's Quest 6 (since that was the best one.) I'd install all of the Quest for Glory games immediately... but it probably wouldn't run the fifth one.

And for me the big dog on the machine would be Ultima VII. I still have the box and 5.25" floppy version of that game. It's my all time favorite oldschool title.

Hey, I had a Tandy 1000 and a Commodore 128...I think games were better in those days. Now it's all about the damn graphics. I never liked first-person games.

I thought HGB worked rather well on a 150. That or it was SMYGB.

I got Nesticle running on a 25MHz system at 30FPS so that's NES. I had NO$GMB running in DOS on said comp and it played Zelda just fine on the PC speaker (some old variant did that).

If nothing else, played Scorched Earth.
