I dont know where else to put this, but ive gotta know. So I play PS2 games on my PS2, no emulator or anything, and im having some issues. This is a regular Sony PS2 controller. What happens is my left Analog stick is entirely inverted in my game GTA Vice City. Left is right, up is down, know what im sayin? Now i tested it on KH1, and it seemed. Fine. Until I tried to press thr X button. I couldnt fight at all. I could select things with the X, but it just wouldnt let me fight. Im so confused as to what could be thr problem, my other controller works PERFECTLY fine... And thats the one the was smashed in half and fixed /: HELP?!?!? ____________________ --The Disappeared-- God Bless |

Posted by deshaun182 if you don't want to buy another one, I suggest you find a controller that has a good frame board inside with buttons and replace it. If all goes well see if your PS2 recognizes during bios boot. |

All I can say would be for you to get a new one if you can.
I had the same type of problem with my controller not working a year or so ago. But after getting a new controller it worked fine. You probably could find a way to fix it if you search hard seeing as you fixed it the first time after it smashed in half. Truthfully, I'd recommend just going out and getting a new one if you can. Edit: Oops This thread was at the top of the page, didn't notice the date of last post was over a month ago ____________________ |

I'm probably really late (considering the date of the post and everything), but if it can select stuff and everything, and it's just a problem with KH1, then it may be the game itself instead of the controller.
See you, Space CowboyMaybe it was just under a different controls set up? Maybe it was just a malfunction in the game? I don't know (Never really played any of the games in the series before ), but it sounds more like some setting was messed up more than anything, especially if it works with different games, Nya~. Hope I'm not too late or anything. x3 ____________________ |
