I love watching football (soccer) on television. Especially the World Cup. I'm even fine with watching the Europeones, like the Euro 2008. It's fun

More than that I like playing even more, but watching it is really interesting
So...
Do you like to watch sports on television?

Very no. I don't think too highly of organized sports (or any sports at all, on that matter), and haven't even owned a TV set for a very long time, so that's two strong reasons.

I did watch a very small number of football world cup finals back when I still was at school, but it was only out of a diffuse feeling that things of political or memetic significance might happen (which was spot on when the famous Zidane headbutt occurred; I remember my first thought being "this is going to be all over the internet by tomorrow"), not out of interest in sportsmanship.

Not really. If you could even call WWE wrestling a 'sport'. I watch it, and that's about it. It's very strange because my entire family loves to watch football games, etc on the respective nights that they're scheduled, but I've never really had an interest at all in it.

I used to watch American football during my football season. Likewise I used to watch baseball during the baseball season. Since then, I only watch big games (super bowl, world series, etc), simply because if I cannot feel some kind of a connection to the people on screen (since there is no real character development portrayed in sports, like in other television shows), the outcome matters little to me.

I like the skate if that counts as a sport and football soccer but only the European league.

I personally rather go to sporting events in person opposed to watching using a television. I only really watch it when others in my house already are watching it. The only sport we really watch is American football. I've been more into it this year because my team is actually doing well.
