VTECH JUST KICKED IN YO

Oh, right, cars... I drive my dad's '81 '82 '83...'06 pickup sometimes. I call it this because it's had every single part except two (I can't recall which) replaced a few times, from all manner of different trucks. Yep - it's a Ford.

I have a '98 Dodge Avenger. It runs and handles really, really nicely and is in really great shape (except for one minor dent in the front I got from a tiny parkinglot fenderbender, meaning to get it fixed). I absolutly love my car. We got a CD player installed (that allegedly supports iPods, so I'm trying to screw with that) and everything is perfect.

The only problems I've had were tires going out (its an old car, so I forgive it ;x), a really funky problem with the AC/Heat fan (if it isnt on the highest setting, it makes a relaly obnoxious grinding sound. Don't feel like shelling out $200 for a new fan so ;x) and the driver-side window recently jacked itself up somehow so the door doesnt always close right (just put the window down before shutting the door and problem solved, though). Its a really well-built car considering how long its apparently lasted. I get good milage, too. Or so I've heard I wouldn't know what to gague that on myself.

I think the "CHECK ENGINE" light was on in my old car for about 2-3 years, give or take.

My grandpa was told by our mechanic to put electrical tape over ours (We have a '98 Plymouth Voyager). There's just too many things which could be the problem, he didn't wanna charge us that much money.

"My" (i.e., the one I'd be driving if I actually had my license) car is some old, old Nissan Maxima I've dubbed the "crapmobile"; it used to be great, but it's just kind of really fallen apart the past few years and the 180000+ miles it has isn't helping...
What year?
