Just played the 3DS and I will say this about the it is AMAZING, however I think it is really sad when they are warning on the box saying it is not intended for chiding younger than 6 and even even adults should not play for longer than 30 minutes at a time using the 3D feature.

Purposely bricking the device might get Nintendo into trouble in some parts of the world though, I have to believe that is probably more of a general disclaimer if anything.
