All right, I'm going to review each of your bosses, since you seem to be new to Fraxy.
Also, I get that the first two are still under way, so you can look at what I have to say about them so you can improve.

Snapper - Not too difficult, really. The only real threat was the lasers, but even then, they didn't do too much.

Arma Potpourri - The invincible arms got in the way of destroying the boss a lot. It doesn't help that mini cores are a bit fast to begin with.

Scythe Bloom - The same thing with AP applies here. Only differences are that there's fighter cores now and isn't too hard to kill if you know how to manage joint aim player parts attached to fighter cores.

Dark Blood - A bit too much for a drone. Having just homing lasers and bullets would've done nicely, seeing as it is a doppelgänger of the default player ship, after all. The occasional barrier would be nice, too.

Fire Devil - For being your first event-based enemy, it's all right. At least the joint aim player parts were destroyable this time. xD
Other than that, I'm still seeing the same types of enemy weapons, aside from the missiles.

Bipodelamus - So far, this is the best-looking of your creations. The one thing that annoyed me was that laser arm. That arm was pretty much responsible for all the deaths I had while fighting this thing. Lasers like that are just nightmarish to dodge, since they're always following you, and it seems like you have to keep boosting like crazy just to survive. Once I got rid of that arm, however, the difficulty just dropped almost instantly.

Junk Tank - At first, it was easy due to how stationary it was. But when it got into its second phase, the same problems from before arrived: arms that block your shots and just so happen to be indestructible, as well as annoyingly high speed (then again, probably a bit core, judging by the movements). At this point, I wasn't too impressed with the same recurring problems, to the point where I had to go inside its arms to take it out. Could that be considered cheating? Yes, but this has shown up in your bosses about two or three of your creations now, and I couldn't stand for it. (Yes, I know, I'm ranting, but unfortunately this is what happens whenever I attempt to review a newcomer's stuff, so bear with me here.)

The Fleet - And then it got worse.
This one is pretty much an amalgam of all the flaws with your previous enemies, all rolled into one really large enemy. Seeing as though the fighters have horrendously high health (Nine million? Really? The default health would have worked perfectly, in my opinion), I had to go for the main core.
Getting there was just irritating, since bullets were everywhere (granted, it's not really danmaku to begin with, despite projectiles being everywhere), and the core itself had too much HP considering the invincible arms or whatever protruding from it. Thank goodness the fighters suicided after the main core was destroyed.

Overall, they're okay, they just need less invincible shields that appear far too often.

Also, there's an uploader to put your bosses up, unless you prefer linking people to the Compendium for your bosses.

Ah~ Arms were really just for blocking attacks.
For 'The Fleet'-- I think I really overdid it. The Drones weren't meant to be destroyed. But since, fraxy didn't want me to detach "invincible" cores. I may want to remove it.

Also for Junk Tank-- it's not a Bit Core. It's just boosters that are only set in different times. ~Getting in between the arms, is one way of thinking outside of the box. I totally expect that. No, it's not cheating...
