I noticed that it's your birthday.
Mere coincidence, not anything creepy.

Happy birthday man. How will you be celebrating?

If you were three years older and American you'd be old enough to qualify for financial aid package which would pay for some of the interest on your college loans (literally that's what it does these days, along with guaranteeing these student loans to for-profit private corporations who have been colluding with for-profit unis and preying on the poor and even homeless entrenching them in a permanent impoverishment).

anyways happy 21th

Thank you.

21... I think that's it for my second-to-last significant entitlement to reduced fares anywhere (half price for public transport in Munich gone; 16-25 railcards in the UK remaining).

I feel old.

Also, I don't have cake, but I'm currently enjoying "fried ox" flavoured crisps.

Yeah, maybe by then Trax will have found a different way to end his posts.
By then he will have invented a whole new system of punctuation where everything is fused with ellipses, even the ellipses themselves.

You think that's bad, people between 21~64 are expected to not have medical problems here (or one of those rare insurance plans with some sort of grandfathered coverage through your parents until you're 26), or if they do, they have to go through a labyrinthine mess of both public and private paperwork and a few years. While the welfare system spends a ton on "preventing fraud", the system is structured so that people are better off just keeping cases open in a sort of limbo for multiple months (or yes, even years) by hook or crook because verifying evidence also takes years and convictions are difficult and expensive.

The hospitals even require something like a "down payment" before they'll admit you at a bunch of places here, and these are places which receive billions in public funds, university hospitals even.

Anyways for the purposes of denying financial aid you would still be a minor until you're 24 here

You're still a kid in american years~
