It probably had to do with fitting it all on one line.

I agree, I'm all for a Mario/Sonic crossover, but Olympics? I don't know. I can't remember the last time I saw an Olympics-based game.

It looks like Super Mario Bros. USA (2) on Super Mario All Stars (with or without world) has a anti-copying text onto it. I wonder how it's really activated without the code, and does it exist on the nes?

I got this message on an SMRPG cart. I guess it was dirty, because I took the cart out, cleaned it, and put it back in. Started up normally. It looked amazingly similar to the above screeny.
