I recently finished up Paper Mario 64, and now I'm plugging away on Paper Mario 2. I may or may not forego Super Paper Mario, I haven't decided. I'm doing all this so I can get a fresh view of the Paper Mario franchise again for when Paper Mario 4 comes out on the 3DS.

I got hooked on Suikoden II (and there goes my night). So far, it's been fabulous; instead of going the FF/Paper Mario/... way of doing 3D gimmickery, it is more similar to SotN in how it sticks to the pixel-crafted goodness and gameplay of a SNES-age RPG, extended past the technical limitations of older platforms.

How did you get ahold of that game?

And it's DQIX for me.

Protracted hardcore googling. The US ISO isn't even that hard to get a hold of, I found; it's the Japanese version that was a positive rarity (I stick to playing RPGs in Japanese when possible to keep myself in practice since I don't live in one locality with any native-speaker friends anymore and lost track of the few 2ch threads I was following; also, the English translation is reported to be suboptimal).

I'm working on a massive city, but I ragequit for a few days when I died and lost all my stuff when I was building a trap. I may bag the idea of a lava trap and instead make a water trap.

Super Mario Sunshine.
I was about forty stars deep, and some strange glitch ruined my game so I had to restart again yesterday. :/

Right now, I'm enjoying a ton of games. I'm cycling between a little here and a little there of a ton of games.

- Super Paper Mario
- Super Mario RPG
- Trackmania
- Kirby Epic Yarn
- Mario Party 8
- Mario Kart Wii

All of these are on Wii.

Can't... decide... on what to play... next...

I've achieved 89/120 on the normal Power Stars in Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Bunny Must Die is eating my life as well.

Nehrim, the Oblivion mod from SureAI. I've played Oblivion all the way through a few times (although usually heavily modded) and it's one of, if not the best out there. To take a Game of the Year and improve on it so much is incredible.

I played FFXIV beta a while ago, and for someone who hates MMOs I thought it was pretty good. Though a lot more confusing than it needs to be. It was well worth the tie to listen to Nobuo Uematsu's new music though.

Seriously though, I played it too.
It wasn't good.

That's...the same rating it got in my new game magazine. Where did you get that number from, anyway.

So I've been enjoying the greatness of Super Meat Boy around my thesis writing.

My copy of Kirby's Epic Yarn also showed up yesterday - played a level or two
