I don't want to help, but you might want to know that all-caps does not a faster answer make. And you really don't want to upload and link to a ROM here.

I wish I could help. And don't get discouraged from uploading your rom. I think you should personally. Kawa may not want to help, but, there might be someone who would.

I don't know enough about rom hacking.

I'd say compare it against the original. Study where it has information about platforms.

I think that's where you'll find your info.

maybe check with a level editor. there might be some tiles you accidently somehow set to the background/air property instead of solid-block.

If your level editor is Visine, I can't really help you. And if your level editor is Rock2e by Kuwata, then there is no such feature.

I only have experience using Rock5easily's Rockman 2 editor. You should really check the level's TSAs or any designable level you mistakenly made.

that can only be a tsa problem. you have changed the wall to background, all you gotta do is change it back.

I'm in the same boat as Kawa, I just want to say get rid of your plain text header. Either put it in the footer or just get rid of it altogether.

what does tsa mean?

its the blocks you build the levels with. backgrounds, walls, ladders, watter etc. apparently the wall block behaves like background blocks = you wont be able to walk anywhere

kuja killer was right on that one. It's the TSA problem.
(I saw the video)

I suggest getting rid of Rock2e and switch with Rockman 2 Editor. No Japanese experience necessary. Very easy to use but your system still needs to switch the encoding to Japanese for better view.

Download the VERY top one
