Hey everyone. I'm Panzerraptor and I just registered here.

See, I just downloaded the three disks of Himiko-den. For those that don't know, it's a turn-based RPG for the PSX that was only released in Japan. Ironically, the anime (very short, very unfaithful) came before the game it was based on and was also made a manga by the same guys behind Air Gear.

But enough backstory. Anyway, this is my first ROM and I want to try translating it (because I doubt anyone will have the time to add another obscure project like this to their busy schedule). Though the thing is... I have no idea on how to do that. I need to know where I can find a good place to download the needed materials.

I hope I'm hassling anyone by posting my issue here. Please, don't hate on me.

Next off, you shouldn't have made an introduction thread... That's why we have this thread. Please make your introduction there, please.

As for your hacking question, you can make a thread in the ROM hacking subforum and see if someone with experience is able to help you.

If you're worried about people hating you, don't. Just read the FAQ and keep it in mind. Enjoy your stay.
