Alright. I've seen this kind of thread on other forums. What you do in it is rate the song that was posted last, in other words, above you from 1-10. Then you post a song of your own. That's how it goes.

If you can, motivate why you rate the song like you do.

I kinda like it, I think its pretty good for a SNES game. Seems simple, but upbeat at the same time.
id give it a 7/10
i like it, but at the same time it seems like its not using the full potential of what it could be. Not exactly sure how to explain it.

I love the 3D Metroid songs. They always have something new, but also the familiarity and feel of an old metroid game. I'm personally more into boss-themed music myself, but that track is fantastic.
9/10

This isn't the actual boss music for Ceadeus in Monster Hunter Tri, but it is the music that plays while you follow him through the underwater caverns to the ruins.

9/10. I wish it could have gradually charged up for the instant hardishness instead of rushing into it. That aside I love it, changes moods and pace every now and then, nice song all together.

One of those underrated games, but still has some good BGM's to it. Here is one of them.

Most of you will know this from SMW hacks.

The SMW wasn't too bad, I say mayhaps a 5 out of 10, but, given it's a SNES one, I would say the choices of instruments should have been better to give it a more SNES like feel rather than an NES one. If it were mentioned as an NES one, I would have given it a higher rating, but the instruments don't sound very SNES like.

Also, though it's not game music, here's something I wrote. I'd love to hear an opinion on it. (Hope I don't get in trouble for it)

It was for the Playstation

One of my favorite games for it. A short game, but fun.
I usually have a odd taste in game music. I either like the upbeat cheery type, or the slow, some make consider dark type.

I like it. I usually dont like that type of ambiance. Usually, but for some reason I want to download yours lol.
ill give it a 10/10 for something new. It somehow seems different from the other nature/ambiance sounds I hear.
Its full of awesome. You made that?

Yeah. I made that one (Nature in November).

It took me 20 days in FL studio. I'm very proud of it.

Thanks for the 10 out of 10.

As for the DK2 song, I've always liked this one. The background music (if you listen close enough) uses the same instruments to perfect dark (Another one of my favourites).

8 out of 10 for this one. I have a soft place for this song because of that instrument.

in the starting background, it sounds kind of distorted, I think its supposed to be a heartbeat?
Id say work on the heartbeats a bit. It sounds more like the speakers are acting up then a actual heartbeat.
Just before the first howl. The freaky oregon(sp) cuts off really suddenly.
The second howl, right before the piano, cuts off as well. its like "howwwww-" instead of fading it into the piano or something.
Definitely got better as it went on though, those are the only things that bother me about it. i like it those aside.

8/10. Needs a bit of work, but its good. I see potential.

Isn't it more simple to download the mp4 file from youtube and convert it to mp3?

7/10. It's a good song; catchy, great use of instruments... but the fact that it's been overplayed (at least to my ears) is what makes me slightly biased against it.
