Hello Board2. Long time no speak.

For members who frequent SMWC: Yes I'm making a hack
For members who do not frequent SMWC much: Wanted to share.

SMW 2.0 (Title tentative)
Re-designing SMW under an alternative light.

-All GFX and Palettes will remain "vanilla" (With the possible exception of learning how to mix vanilla GFX within levels, as seen in many other hacks).

-There will be custom music, added as per the creations found in the music section of SMWC.

-I may use some ASM patches to tweak minor stuff such as health and coin routines, implement an air meter for water, remove two player functionality, and, if possible, introduce some new gameplay mechanics akin to some other user's creations (Which may be mentioned should I have an interest to implement something like that in the near future).

Mean, isn't it?

The Thread Will constantly be updated, as I leverage the time needed to complete this project. The timeframe is within 6-7 months, if not a bit longer, but it will be complete.

Thank you for your patronage.

Your screenshots, while they do show off a few interesting things, for the most part are boring.

The palette you're using for the ground has problems with the bushes - the highlight is far too bright compared to the rest of it.

Nice use of default tiles to construct that "antenna" thing.

Hey, neat, a minor graphics bug in the stretching blocks sprite.
