Super C looks a little more like the original Contra, which is what it appels a little more to me...
I just find it weird that the guy has a big stupid head, or maybe I'm not seeing the right thing... Other than that, I'm not sure it's different enough to be really challenging or refreshing or whatever. But it's better than nothing, of course... |

Are you referring to the original Super C or my hack??? There's no way the hack is not too different from the original Super C. It's definitely MUCH more different... If you're referring to the big stupid head of the original player sprite, they extended his bandana and it looks stiff. I used to think it was his long hair when I was younger. The hacked version has the player with one of those Mexican hats (native Mexican?) which have a feather on it (or maybe red Indians? I'm sure it's like one of those Mexican traditional hats). BTW, my hack will definitely prove to be challenging, whether it's the current version or the final... |
