This is a website that uses various Google hacks to let you either use Google as a proxy, or to use Google to search for mp3s. It's pretty awesome - I did a few searches, and they all came up with something.

Wow, now finding mp3s are much easier. I've found a lot of good mp3 sites on the first try with this hack.

This looks interesting, and useful. Of course, not to me, since I don't really download mp3s or need to access stuff from my school's computers(We barely ever have a chance to use them anyway, excluding in comp sci, but those don't have internet for some reason

) But I'm definately looking forward to the software search. Good find!

Trust me, you want to keep using your own. The google proxy is, afiak, view-only -- no interacting with pages.

And all this is is "append some crap to the URL"... nothing terribly amazing, it just makes it easier for lazy people to update.

Yeah, this site is lame, but google hacking itself is pretty amazing, considering students at my college once used google to turn on a security camera in the server room and watch a technician type his password.
