LAZY SHELL v2.1
The download link is at the top of the page. I figured I've been waiting far too long to release this. Although this version still uses Lunar Compress.dll and probably still won't run on a 64-bit system without Mono or whatever, it has many many fixes and many major additions. See the "changes.txt" file in the .zip for an entire list of fixes and additions. Perhaps in the future a version that is compatible with 64-bit systems will be released once Omega finishes debugging the compression routines. The main additions include a spell effect editor and an animation script editor for spell, attack and other battle animations. NOTE: the is the LAST version that will contain any additions. All later versions will be exclusively bug fixes. |

Excellent! I can now start on my hack in full. (I've already started on the scripting/area edits. I was waiting for this for custom spells)

I tried out some of the new features and I have to say wow! This is much better than before, and it was pretty good to begin with! You guys are awesome, really.
I do have a question though, can you assign an item a spell animation? Edit: never mind. I found out how to. Thanks again Gian! |

Bug report: The preview button at scripts and level editor doesn't work correctly...
It's like starting a normal rom but when you get to the 1st room of Bowser's Castle, you can't leave the room. (if you try to go through door, you don't go to another room. You just walk at the space behind the door) |

I learnt has there not very for a long time that LazyShell v2.1 was available on internet. I began to work with, but I met a lot of problem especially on the management of letters stressed. Some screen shot Everything works very here

Did I miss something or does anyone else see gig's webpage not working properly? Something about AT&T or something? Can someone upload v2.1 somewhere else for the meantime? I'd like to get back into SMRPG hacking again. |
