If Kuroi is down, connect to Aoi. If Aoi is down, connect to Kuroi.

Currently, Kuroi is down with "Connection Refused" and it is very empty in #acmlm, so connect to Aoi instead.

For some reason, the network services wreaked havoc and crapped up the ircd log with several doztens of messages a second. When the logfile hits 2GB, the ircd we currently use crashes. Great programming right there.

For now, I took it back up; I can't guarantee the security and continued stability though as services are outside of my control. If the same thing happens again, I'll try bugging DJBouche about it.
