If the problem persists, get Linux. |

Actually, if the problem persists for too long or gets all worse when I'm on, I might just get all privileges taken away.
ON THE PLUS SIDE... I do have a nice chance of getting computers from the school during the summer. Every year on summer break, they go and buy some new computers to replace the year-old ones. And what happens to the old computers? They get chunked! Thrown away, and they could still run for another 4 years or until someone downloads a virus onto it, whichever came first. If this computer isn't fixed within 10 weeks about, it's just probably going to be emptied of data and given away at FreeCycle or summat. Getting Linux is out of the question. Cash shortage. ...Bah, this should've been first. |

Uh, Linux is free.
Well, it's free if you have a high-speed connection and can use that to download it. You will also find Linux disks bundled with Linux books or magazines a lot. |

Maybe you should consider getting a job and buying your own computer with the money you make?
Consider a supermarket or a Target or something... |

...Can someone explain to me what SOL means?
Also, my old school upgraded computers once every five years, and even then, they were three years old. Fucking destitution for the win. |

I did google searches on both, and apparently those are two entries that you should have hijackthis 'fix'. ____________________ |

Posted by Drag OK, I got rid of those. Well...the previous attempt at validating used FireFox to download, so it seems there's a difference. Same error code as the beginning. Once again, another report, I guess. Posted by HijackThis Posted by Xeon Yep, that's where my last reply came from. Posted by Kles Umm...wow. It's Shit-Outta-Luck, I think. Might be off by a few letters, though. |

Hmm... Well, I did some more searches, and apparently a lot of people suggest removing these files:

The Nintendo WiFi thing was likely what I used to check if I could use this computer for WiFi. It's seems like it can, but there's no cash for a USB Connector right now.
Also, along with what you suggested, I removed about 10 items off the list. Here's the new list... Posted by the same thing, guy. Go for it. |

So even after all of that, you're still having the same problems?
O16 - DPF: {321FB770-1FBE-4BFE-BDC1-6F622D4FA499} - https://activation.alltel.com/wizlet/WINDSTREAM/static/controls/WebflowActiveXInstaller_2-0-0.cab That's the only entry I can see that looks suspicious. There's nothing else in the log that looks bad. Have you done an adaware scan or anything? A virus scan wouldn't hurt either. ____________________ |

How could something from Alltel be harmful? I'm pretty sure that has to do with the internet connection I'm using. I'm leaving that one alone.
SpySweeper doesn't find anything, and I don't really use anything else. Suggestions? |
