What do you think of Deep Space Nine?
It's a bit dark, but there's a couple episodes I really like, such as "Little Green Men" and "Trials and Tribbleations". Do you play chess? No, but I know the rules so I could take you on, theoretically. So, what happens if the sound processor in the SNES crashes? Unless it's one of those crazy games that does the music processing on the main CPU and merely sends "play this note" commands, the sound hangs in some nondescript way and the game continues as if nothing happens. Most of the overworld engine, including Rock Smash/Cut and most of Surf... the better part of the battle system, but not animations or four-mon support... no trading.
