Last view: 1944 days 		THis started I think a few days ago. I was using Pidgin, and I noticed a contact from MSN kept trying to re-add me back after I tried deleting him.

I finally gave in, and re-added this person, and they still don't show up on my list.

Now, this person is not any type of hacker, but, a musician, that I don't talk to anymore.

Now, no matter WHAT I use, Pidgin, online IM, Real yahoo,,, None of my MSN contacts show up online AT ALL.

Does anyone know what I can do? I tried resetting, and that didn't do it.

There's a reason they invented the "Block User" feature, you know.

Did you check to make sure you didn't toggle some settings around by mistake?

Last view: 1944 days 		Definite. Both real Yahoo and Pidgin, and even the online IM sites, don't show the MSN members online on yahoo, even though they are online.

And I'm not trying to block anyone, I just don't see any one from MSN on my yahoo list.

Last view: 4494 days 		It could be that the unofficial ports of the messengers are using a version of MSN and Yahoo that doesn't support the cross-contacts.

Well, I suppose if MSN accounts aren't working with Yahoo, and google or us can't tell you what went wrong, the best thing to do would be to just get an MSN account. My Yahoo contacts seem to work fine from the MSN side, anyway.
