Why do I keep forgetting where these things go best? If you, the mods, think you know better, feel free to move this thing around a bit.

At any rate, I've been working on this thing for a few days now. You may have noticed the shot in the Screenshots Thread over at ROM hacking. It's a C#-based FF6-style RPG engine.

Now, the name of the app, so far, is "Final Fantasy 6 .Net", as the thread title implies. For safety, the shortened form "FF6.Net" is one possibility. As you can see, this could fit nicely on a title screen.

Chief suggested, as we talked about the project during a walk back from the store, that "Terra" would be a pretty nice "even safer" name. Contemplating this, I decided this poll was in order and whipped up two variants: one where the text is on the left, another with the on the right of the MTek.

So what do you think? Check out the mockups, vote and we'll see what happens.

Why can't you do it like the "FF6.net" image, "Terra" on the left and ".net" on the right?

Because "Terra" is thinner than "Final Fantasy". I can't imagine it'd look right.

Well, I do have the vector mocks, so I guess I could...

Well, to my surprise, it does look pretty good. I forgot that it's not "Terra" vs "Final Fantasy" but "FFIV". Mockup
