Welcome to Super Yoshi World. In this hack you use Yoshi to rescue Mario (original plot?). I'm using SMB2 heatlh bar.

Oh... Big Boo Battle... YES! (oh, and you have to beat it with keys)

What to do before REAL release
- Less powerful Yoshi jumps
- Beat Big Boo Battle Craziness (Yoshi goes transparent, and after beating Big Boo it disappears). Only fix which is possible for me is changing big number of code of Big Boo, and changing Yoshi pallette for this battle. To not making this strange we make yellow palette for example exact clone of green palette. This because of way which HDMA in SNES works.
- Mario on Course Clear (Blooper!). Very easy to fix. Forgotten after installing SMB2 health which changes graphics file.
- boingboingsplat ASM doesn't work correctly. After you load game file look onto Yoshi's House or you're may be doesn't exist on map. Propably because this script changes the small number of RAM. Propably if you want Yoshi this way you need to change more RAM variables . ROM Map say nothing about this... Well... better look onto this. I have all.log. It can be useful to fix this. Also when you die when you still have no Yoshi, you still have no Yoshi. Script was based on Counter Break Y.
- Yoshi looks onto you if you go forward. This is way which OW Yoshi was implemented. This fact is during normal SMW is masked by Mario . However, here is no Mario. Propably I need to redrawn Yoshi to include these frames...
- Big Boo is too easy to beat. I forgotten to switch start position of Boo. You not need to do everything. Also big thanks to edit1754 for patch which maked Yoshi visible during this battle.

The hack seems to be quite interesting, but the donut lift pallet is a little strange.
On the big boo batle you could use green shells instead of keys

Thanks for feedback.
I know about Big Boo battle, but green shells uses palette D, which is used by HDMA effects (well, SNES uses 4 last palettes to HDMA effects, such transparent Big Boo). Also I want to change palette for Yoshi temponary (it's possible by ASM!).

About donut lifts, I tried to use Lava Palette. Not good effect. It will be changed to yellow in next release. (I tried to keep everything in Vanilla style, so here aren't too many custom palettes)

AS FOR NOW DEV ON NEW LEVELS IS FROZED. I TRY TO FIX ALL BUGS.
