To go with what hakarl is saying, I've noticed multiple instances over time when activity picked up simply because random people came around expressing how inactive the board had been for a while.

We can't prove hakarl is StapleButter exactly. A few things were pointing to it but other stuff proved it wrong, like the fact hakarl didn't shit on a random user on registration (or even post for a while before joining), SB has made a few reregs here just to annoy other users.

I onl had a small suspicion because of the post style, but nothing more...

And I kinda agree on how the board activity is pretty ironic howvever I don't know how Mike-Tech is 'feeding' me, that's basically saying I'm being a master troll like I sometimes do (only seen on Minecrafter4718's boards mainly).

Unfortunately I saw a few people putting lights up and things for Halloween, something only Americans obsess over... us Brits don't particularly care, although gradually we're becoming an America-Clone every day, it seems; particularly those idiot class 'mates' who don't know much British stuff.

One group of 5-year-olds or such knocked on the door, I was quietly muttering the word 'derp' and other things whilst posting here.

That's because they either forget the site url/exists or they don't know what to post about.

It is really easy to sign up to any site running on some sort of acmlm based software.

I can understand that. At the same time, there is quite a wide variety of topics already available, and it's not like we have strict posting policies or anything.
Even so, we still do get posting activity.
People just have to take a chance, even if it's just shooting the breeze. It's not like we'll shoot them.
