1) it is randomized

You always could change your layout to use it as a font.

On that matter, I vaguely recall that some newer HTML or CSS standards allowed for linking in fonts from URLs. Is that actually the case (and do any browsers actually support it)?

Webfonts? The Board2 Yonkoma page uses it to display titles in Mighty Zeo, which is the font used in the actual comics.

Indeed they could. The nice thing is that you can specify the internal family name too, so if you already have (for example) "Mighty Zeo 2.0", it doesn't have to download a copy from my site when you view the comics.

On the flip side, you don't want to do this with, say, pan-Unicode fonts ._.
