I don't even know who this "Jen" fellow is. Perhaps I SHOULD know, but my mind is shot right now.

My guess is that this "Jen" they're referring to is Anya.

Also, huzzah for school interwebs that haven't blocked this site yet!

Your guess would be correct.

And to answer Marzen's question, yes, she's married. I think. I meant that she was BUSY. That's why I referred to Marzen's post when Kawa asked.

I still don't get it but OH WELL.

Just had Anime Club, heheh. A small group came today, but it was still fun. Except for the fact I was the only dude there and they made fun of me for two hours. But oh well, it's good to have human interaction outside of a small black box, eh?

There's an anime club at DigiPen, and no one outside of it takes it even slightly seriously as a club.

anime clubs are only fun when you have sweet technology access, delicious foodstuffs, and utter irrelevance

We have all of those things and still they just sit around and watch anime the entire time

Not anything cool, like the Guilty Gear and the Pokemon clubs

Besides, even if they block the site, it might only be the name they block and not necessarily the IP.

Lol.... uhm, right. I haven't played Pokemon, and my friends let me borrow Pokemon gold back many years ago when I was in 2nd grade and it was cool

You would be surprised. I'm a 20 year old man and I still avidly play both games, I have all but three of the Pokemon Gameboy games and I play Yu-Gi-Oh online with a few of my friends. Before you get on a high horse and start trolling me for it, I know a lot of people, both my age and older, that still play either (or both) games. Though, it should come as no surprise that people on a gaming forum "still" play a lot of games that are "meant for kids."

If you look at the storyline of each series, mostly the anime, you'll see that they're a lot darker in the original Japanese than the bastardized Amercian version, and possibly other translations. At least Yu-Gi-Oh is really dark in comparison.

I'm 22 and I'm currently waiting for Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver to be released. I've put many hours into pokémon games and 2 of them exceeds 200+ hours each.

Haven't played any Yu-Gi-Oh, though.

My guess is HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions. I've been playing a partially translated ROM of SoulSilver, and I must say, it's nice being back in Johto.
