Looks amazing, Matrixz! That looks like it could become an interesting program! What is it being coded in?

Looks pretty cool, RetroRain! This looks like it will turn out to be something many people would want to get their hands on! Will you teach me how to do a little bit of ASM sometime?

MS Visual C++ 6.0. I would not mind using something newer, but i just couldn't get the express editions of Visual C++ 2005 or 2008 to work on my laptop.

I'm glad to see that the activity around here has picked up a little bit. All of you guys make this place worth coming to. I can't wait to get back to work on my stuff as well. I've been working all week, but I'll have some time on Friday. Maybe I'll have some more stuff to show as well. I'm doing both ROM hacking and Multimedia Fusion 2. They are both a lot of fun and have their ups and downs.

Just three of the buttload of levels I've made for this hack.

Note: these are the levels in their incomplete form - Hence no objects. Also the black T-Shirt Mario is my own colour code, not intended for this hack

I like the second video. Your level design is very good. The second video reminds me of Tomb Raider. I assume that at the end there, where Mario falls all the way to the bottom, that that is going to be a whole other underground area to explore?

Here's some crap I started this weekend (cropped for your safety)

It's probably not recognizable from the screenshot, but that's the beginning of Stage 1-1, stripped of its tropical beauty and replaced with green blocks. I'm working on documenting the rest of the (somewhat large) level headers so I can get graphics loading and other stuff put in

Trax: looks spiffy, I love the gui. You really should continue work on it, however slow it may be...
It makes me wish someone would make a more stupid-user friendly version of a Zelda2 editor for Windows.

Hell yeah, looking really forward to that hack. I especially like the idea of being able to play some maps on the baddie's side.

Started working on Farland Story 2.

I implemented a VWF. This is actually the first time I've successfully done so.

The game has annoying way of line skipping. But I don't want to put my VWF to waste, so I'll try to figure it out.

My routine basically fits as much text as it can in a 16x16 buffer, and loads the spillover into the next 16x16, rinse and repeat.

Indeed, I can tell from the colon on line 2 -- it's no doubt supposed to be the ends of the c on line 1. Nice job.

VWF progress for Gokuden 2. It's not complete yet, but this shows progress.

When I get this VWF done; I may give the game a proper translation.

There is a translation out there, but it's not that good due to limited space on the screen.

This font is just temporary BTW; I'll probably use a larger one when the VWF is done.
