This is the second time it's happened to me. This game never ceases to amaze me at how badly it was programmed.

I've been on the losing end of that many times myself. Happens more often at higher levels though.

I think it's because the game only accepts input and checks for matches every other frame but checks for game over every frame. Don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure that's the reason. You'd have to ask a more professional hacker to find out for sure.

I'll have to check to see if this happens in the original Panel de Pon too...

It probably would, since TA is a blatant ripoff of PdP.

Wow, that's some bad luck. Heh, I could never get a match going that long.

He had a block combo going, so that'd be my explanation for it The top block on yours was pushed up a little farther, too ...

And Tina's legs are peeking down... aren't you little obessed with your sitters?

Meh, the game should done a failsafe check before it declares a loss to prevent things like that happening. Before failing, check if there's any possible combo going on.

That's due to the delay of me realizing "WAIT WHAT THE FUCK" and taking the screenshot (it was in the process of wowowwowhowheohegSMASHING INTO THE TOP OF THE SCREEN.)

And believe me, I had pointed out we were at "9'59" a while before that Hell, another game before that went to 9'59 too...

I either get that or times I fail when I'm about ready to swap a panel with empty space for it to drop down and I somehow lose with the panel -FLOATING- in midair when it should've dropped thereby giving me some time or saving myself altogether.

You miss it by a few frames, it still says 'LOSE'.

That's why I don't play it.

That and the fact that I blow at it.
