Bush decided that about 2 years ago, then Canada followed to avoid being off a hour, and it took effect this year

I stayed up until about 6:30 AM last night and got up around 2:40 PM ... I've done that many times without hour changes, but it's still going to be weird for a few days ...

As for sunlight coming late in the morning, it's just like January all over again, except it'll be back to where it was in about a month
